He is the hero behind “Shead Green Mobility and Renewable Technology OPC”—a visionary entrepreneur whose innovative thinking and firm determination are set to initiate a green and sustainable revolution in the transportation system, not only in Bangladesh but globally. As the worthy son of Delowar Hossain and Parvin Akhter, he comes from a family environment where ethics and the well-being of the greater good are emphasized, which is reflected in all his endeavors.
His academic life is a narrative of consistent success. Passing the SSC examination in 2015 from Adamjee Cantonment Public School with a GPA of 5 in Science and the HSC examination in 2017 from Shaheed Police Smrity College with a GPA of 5 in the same discipline bears testimony to his sharp intellect and perseverance.
Thereafter, he completed his Honors in Mathematics from National University in 2022 with a CGPA of 3.38 (out of 4.00) with distinction. Deep knowledge in a subject like mathematics has enhanced his analytical skills and proficiency in solving complex problems. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relationship in the Department of Public Administration at Jahangirnagar University, which is enriching him with strategic knowledge in human resource management and building a successful organization.
From this strong educational foundation and deep sensitivity to his surroundings, a groundbreaking business philosophy was born. Through the establishment of “Shead Green Mobility and Renewable Technology private limited company,” his main goal is to free Bangladesh’s transportation system from the curse of fossil fuels and lead it towards an environmentally friendly, economically viable, and technologically advanced future. The company’s slogan—”Affordable Green energy with Green mobility, Let’s convert every fuel station in Li-ion battery swapping station”—is an echo of this goal ().
Under his leadership, the company’s mission is “to revolutionize green mobility in Bangladesh by manufacturing high-quality lithium-ion batteries, establishing and supporting a robust and reliable battery swapping network through dealers, and subsequently supplying affordable electric vehicles (without batteries)” (). This model will ensure the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for customers while creating a sustainable business opportunity for dealers. “Selling electric cars without batteries is a revolutionary concept in the market,” where “users only own the vehicle, and they use energy (their required lithium-ion battery) through rental or swapping”—this is the centerpiece of this model (, ), which will bring the initial price of cars within the reach of ordinary people.
However, his dream extends far beyond the borders of Bangladesh. His ultimate goal is to end the petrol station system worldwide and establish battery swapping stations in its place. Not only that, he wants to dramatically reduce the market price of electric cars, which currently ranges from 5 to 7 million Taka at the consumer level, to two to three hundred thousand Taka, and also make current EVs priced at two to three hundred thousand Taka more accessible to the general public. This thinking highlights the philanthropic aspect of his business.
“Environmental protection, economic freedom for drivers, practical convenience, energy security, and technological leadership”—these core driving forces are the foundation of his personal philosophy and the company’s journey (). He believes that his initiative will not only be a successful business venture but will also “create a new definition of green, lithium-ion-based mobility for emerging economies worldwide” (). Under the leadership of this young visionary, “Shead Green Mobility and Renewable Technology private limited company” is not just a company; it is a movement—a companion in the global journey towards a green, clean, and prosperous future.
